Step 1: Initial Strategy Call (60 min)
We meet with you (and your parent/coach if applicable) to:
Review your injury + clearance status
Go over your current abilities and limitations
Break down your events and skill requirements
Step 2: Your Custom Return Plan
You’ll receive a fully structured plan that outlines:
What to do at each practice
Which skills to perform (and how many)
Surface progressions (floor → resi → hard, etc.)
Weekly progression targets
Step 3: Ongoing Adjustments
Every 2 weeks, your plan is updated based on:
Pain, fatigue, and recovery
Skill tolerance and consistency
Progress toward full routines
You’ll also have access to messaging support for questions along the way.
